A lawyer can no more represent the defendant and plaintiff in a lawsuit than can a Realtor effectively represent both the buyer and seller in real estate negotiations and transactions. Our Buyer Broker Consultants serve only Buyers, but their fee is paid by the Sellers according to normal Commission splits offered through the Multiple Listing Service used by professional Realtors®.

A Buyer's Realtor is a licensed professional who represents the prospective BUYER (purchaser) exclusively.
