for the previous three (3) years — inclusive of all schedules and K-1s
2.) Current signed and dated, year-to-date Financial Statements,
including a Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statement. ASSETS/LIABILITIES
Copy of past three (3) months statements on the following accounts

c.) Brokerage
d.) Money Markets

G.) If you own Rental property — current lease for each rental unit owned and previous

2.) Complete mailing address(es) and phone number(s) for Landlord,

3.) If you were a previous home owner, bring the Name, address of your Mortgage Co.(s) and Acct. No.(s) of the last Five (5) years.
4.) Copy of Divorce Decree, Separation Agreement and all Addenda
for all Divorce Parties.
5.) A Check to cover the cost of the Credit report and Appraisal.
