Buying a house is stressful under the best of circumstances, more so when moving long distance. Smoothing the transition with solid attention to detail was our realtor, Vince Pulli. A consummate professional, Vince carefully evaluated our needs, answered all our questions and kept our house hunting trips from California to a minimum. We were especially well-served because he is a buyer’s agent, meaning he focused totally on our needs, not those of the seller. Vince found exactly what we were looking for, and after we arrived in Santa Fe to take possession of our new home, he made certain things were in order and helped us newcomers find our way around town. We couldn’t be more pleased.

For someone contemplating the buying of a home in Santa Fe and seeking a good realtor, I would highly recommend Vincent Pulli at Re/Max One. Vincent works exclusively as a "Buyers Broker."
I was fortunate enough to have Vincent work with me on buying my home in Santa Fe. He is very knowledgeable of all the homes in the area, is extremely intelligent and experienced in his field. He was most enjoyable to work with during this very stressful journey of finding a home that met my wants and needs. He not only guided me in all facets of buying a home (he keeps a very comprehensive list of all that must be done), he also helped me interview potential Mortgage Brokers for my loan, and stood by me during the entire process, from purchase to closing.
He gave me the needed advice I asked for and even supported me with the issues and problems of selling my home in Phoenix.
In addition he found a capable home inspector on very short notice so I could attend the inspection before having to return to Phoenix. I couldn't attend closing so Vincent did a "walk through" inspection at my request before closing and attended to the details of closing for me.
He was then at my new Santa Fe home to greet me and give me my keys upon my final arrival from Phoenix.
I appreciate all the help he gave me, and I extend special thanks to him.

Kate and I can’t thank you enough for helping us make our new home a reality in Santa Fe. Right from the beginning, on our first trip to Santa Fe from Houston last March, we felt comfortable knowing that you were determined to help us not only find the perfect house for us, but that the transition from Houston would be smooth. Even though we weren’t successful in finding a home on the initial trip, we were confident that you would continue the search diligently in our absence. We knew that you had paid close attention to what we were looking for in a home.
The time that you took to scout and take pictures of potential homes and email them to us helped us immensely. There is no way that we could have ever found a home so quickly without your hard work. We thought that maybe there were times you may have felt you were wasting your time, but you didn’t quit on us and we are grateful! You were always upbeat and continually reassured us that the house for us would appear and it absolutely did.
But I think what really blew us away, was that through it all, you weren’t just our real estate agent, but our friend. Since we had no relatives or friends before arriving in Santa Fe, we needed someone to help with little details once we’d purchased our home here. With the move from Houston still facing us and things needing to be taken care of with the house here in Santa Fe, you showed us that “closing” on the house was not the end of your commitment to us. You were the one we relied on to take care of those little things.
Vince, we probably wouldn’t be in Santa Fe now, if we’d not met you. We needed you in so many ways. You were our guiding light, our strength, our confidant, and most importantly our friend. We sincerely thank you, Vince, for being there for us at every turn. Your kindness and care truly made our move to Santa Fe a wonderful experience.

To Whom It May Concern,
Vince Pulli served as our realtor and more specifically our buyer's broker this last
couple of months in our search for a home in Santa Fe, NM. We met Vince while at an
open house he was hosting as a favor to a realtor friend of his. Vince began by e-mailing
us information and pictures of prospective homes to look at long-distance. He gave us
insight into the home's condition and the neighborhoods they were in. He was the only
realtor that we found to understand the meaning of "thanks but no suburbia". On our
many trips to Santa Fe, Vince was always available to show us a house no matter how close in or far
(fetched) it was. During these showings Vince allowed us to have a good look around and at the same
time helped us to find hidden problems; major or minor. We also greatly appreciate the
fact that Vince has repeatedly gone out of his way for us even though the price range
we were looking in was not as high as some. As a result, our home buying experience
